Home Video Tour with Music

This tour is a 4-7 minute walk-through and pan tour of a property.This is a detailed, in depth tour, presented with background music. Tours may include various nearby landmarks or features (such as shopping, parks, etc), neighborhood shoots, maps, etc. as well as highlighting standout features of the home, such as upscale pantries, high end appliances, hardwood floor designs, moldings, hardware, columns, water features, etc. Unbranded for use on the MLS, and a branded version with your logo and contact information for use everywhere else.

Price: $250 for homes under 5000 square feet
Price: $300 for homes over 5000 square feet

Presented in Flash Video utilizing the highest standard of video H.264/mpeg-4 format, compatible with over 98% of all computer systems world wide (according to Adobe). Videos are also uploaded to a half dozen web video sites. Video is optimized for search engines with the latest video and website optimization techniques. This gives your property additional exposure online as well as considerable exposure for your listing (and links to your personal website) through Google search results.

Seasonal changes: $100
If seasonal changes require new footage and re-editing of your tour, there is a one time charge for reshooting and re-editing your tour [optional].

Travel/ gas surcharge: $75 – (on tours further than 30 kms from Barrie, ON)
– all areas of the Greater Toronto Area (except Vaughan) – $100

You will be able to have a link from MLS.ca’s Multimedia icon that will display your video tour.

Video Specifics:
Each tour is shot in high definition format with a wide angle lens to showcase the property in the best light. A stabilizer is used to create a walk-through tour. This includes both the exterior of the home and throughout each room. The stabilizer ensures there will be no shaking or jerky home video type movements.

Editing:
After the shoot the video is professionally edited. Transitions are utilized to guide the viewer through the home. The background music will be selected from royalty free music that is available to you at no charge.

Payment:
Payment is required before the video is uploaded to the internet, and may be made by cash or cheque. Payment is non-refundable after uploading.

In order to produce the tour on time, we are dependent upon access to the location at the agreed upon time and date. Any change to the schedule needs to be communicated in a timely manner. An additional travel charge may be incurred if a timely change in schedule is not communicated within a reasonable period of time, or if the photographer/videographer is unable to access the location at the scheduled time.

A location release form must be signed by the owner of the premises on which the video tour will take place prior to shooting the video. This can be completed online using our release form.

In no event shall we be held responsible for any damages. Aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for a tour.
